The Royal (bah) Pavillion

The Royal Pavillion
The Pavillion, a fantastical Royal playground.  This is what the royals do when you give them free money.  Worth going to see the inside just to remind yourself of why we only let them have a limited budget nowadays. The only thing I like about it is that Queen Victoria didn't.  Actually I also like the fact that this is where they sent wounded soldiers from India during WW1 in the belief it would make them feel at home.  I don't know where to start with that one but at least you can say some brave men have stayed there and some died there.  It held some wild parties in its day though and played a big part in giving Brighton the reputation of a slightly shady party town.  Nowadays  the Pavillion is a crime hotspot.  I would be very careful walking through the gardens at night.
Looking at it always makes me want a Chinese takeaway, no an Indian, no a Chinese. Or perhaps a vindaloo?
The aliens amongst us in Pavillion gardens still unable to alter their shadows to human form
10/01/2020  Just walking by but the number of drugs bags by the fence near the bus stops on the Steine was significant with some old favourites among them.
Alabama mud flap lady!  Again the bag torn open.  You're really not going to do that if its just a bit of green inside.
Batman sort of thing, found one of these on the Level last year but that was a colour version.
When the ice rink has gone Ill have a good look round but the place is usually full of druggies.
